JOB LOCATION: Chennai, Kolkata

JOB DESCRIPTION

Must Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of application integration technologies and modern AI/GenAI tools.
• Proficiency in Python and Git for code management and automation.
• Extensive knowledge of RAG, LangChain, Langraph, and Agentic RAG frameworks.
• Develop and refine prompts for various generative AI applications, including text generation, language translation, and conversational AI.
• Analyze and interpret AI model outputs to identify areas for improvement in prompt design.
• Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate prompts into AI pipelines and workflows.
• Utilize Python to create scripts for prompt testing, evaluation, and automation.
• Conduct experiments to measure the effectiveness of different prompting techniques and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Document best practices and guidelines for prompt engineering within the organization.
• Contribute to the development of prompt libraries and reusable components.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, architecture creation, and technical mentoring.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.

• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities or Expectations from the Role:

• Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD).
• Lead architectural design and implementation of complex systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.
• Guide and mentor the team in adopting best practices for implementation.
• Develop and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Integrate and manage application technologies for seamless communication across systems.
• Work hands-on with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
• Drive innovation by leveraging Generative AI (GenAI), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic RAG principles.
• Implement and optimize various types of retrieval mechanisms for efficient data querying.
• Utilize Python for scripting and development tasks across projects.
