Quality Assurance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Manage quality assurance, quality control, audits, inspections, supplier quality, and NDT activities while driving CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics, resolve customer complaints, investigate product failures, and support new product development through proactive quality planning.
• Oversee quality documentation, calibration programs, process audits, certification readiness, and cross-functional problem-solving to enhance operational excellence.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams through effective resource planning, performance management, training, and adherence to workplace policies and regulatory requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or equivalent). A certification in Quality Systems (e.g., Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) is preferred.

Experience : 12-15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.

Knowledge: ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards, ISO 3834, EN1090

• COPQ, CAPA, RCA, FMEA
• NDT methods
• Welding technology
• Process and product audit practices
• Supplier and customer quality assurance

IT Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• ERP systems (QAD/ SAP/Oracle preferred)
• QMS software tools
