Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies. This role requires someone who can take ownership, drive results, and independently manage campaigns from day one. Responsibilities Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Develop and implement lead generation strategies Handle social media marketing and content planning Execute email marketing and customer engagement campaigns Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPL, and conversions Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing. Knowledge of lead generation, funnels, and retargeting strategies. Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership.
