With min 3 years exp, we are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing aesthetic and functional interior spaces for residential, commercial, or corporate clients. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to create cohesive and innovative interior spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative interior design concepts based on clients' needs, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Space Planning: Efficiently plan layouts that maximize space utilization while ensuring the design remains functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, and incorporate feedback into design proposals.
  • Product Selection: Recommend and source furniture, decor, materials, finishes, and accessories that align with the client’s style and budget.
  • CAD and 3D Modeling: Create detailed floor plans, technical drawings, and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
  • Project Coordination: Manage the timeline, budget, and logistics of design projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to source products and services required for the design.
  • Site Visits and Supervision: Oversee installation, ensuring that design specifications are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide fresh and innovative design solutions.


Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and contractors.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards is a plus.
  • Certification from a recognized Interior Design body (such as NCIDQ) is desirable but not required.
