Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM Technical Consultant

Location: 100% Remote (India only)

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM Technical Consultant for a 100% remote role in India. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS/HCM technical development, support, and integrations. This role involves working closely with clients and business teams to deliver and support HRMS/HCM solutions.

Key Skills

• Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR)
• Strong PL/SQL development
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• XML / BI Publisher reports
• Interfaces, APIs & Integrations
• Production support & issue resolution
• Oracle Fusion HCM, HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM technical components
• Work on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• Handle enhancements, data migration & integrations
• Develop PL/SQL packages and perform tuning
• Support UAT, deployment and production issues
• Work with functional and business teams

Requirements

• 10+ years Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM technical experience
• Strong technical + production support background
• Good communication skills (client-facing role)
• Ability to work independently in remote setup
