We serve clients with a high-touch on-site and onshore presence, leveraged by a global delivery platform.\n\nJob Title: Senior Associate\nFunction: Sales Force Effectiveness\nExperience Required: 2.5 + years - US pharma commercial analytics / SFE.\nUS Pharma Domain: Mandatory\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience\n2.5+ years of hands-on experience in US pharma commercial analytics, SFE, or a closely related function - mandatory\nDemonstrated record of delivering HCP/HCO targeting and/or universe sizing outputs in the US pharmaceutical market.\nDirect experience with at least 2 of the following datasets: Xponent, claims data (medical/pharmacy), DDD, 867/852, specialty pharmacy, or shipment/wholesaler data.\nExperience working within or alongside field-facing commercial teams (brand, sales, commercial operations)\nTechnical Skills\nSQL (Must have) - proficient in complex queries: joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs\nExcel (Must have) - advanced level for ad-hoc analysis and stakeholder-facing outputs.\nPython (Good to have)- data processing using pandas and numpy; scikit-learn exposure is a plus.\nDomain Knowledge\nStrong understanding of the US pharmaceutical commercial ecosystem - Rx data flows, HCP profiling, payer, and channel dynamics\nFamiliarity with therapeutic area concepts, treatment pathways, and prescribing dynamics in at least one of: Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Neurology, Rare Disease, or Primary Care\nUnderstanding commercial dataset structures, their limitations, and how they inform targeting decisions.\nCommunication & Ways of Working\nEffective communication skills - comfortable presenting to brand teams, field leadership, and senior stakeholders.\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nGOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS\nSales force alignment experience - territory design, workload balancing, call planning principles.\nAlignment tools: AlignPlus, ProAlign, or equivalent\nSpecialty pharmacy workflows, hub services, and patient services data\nKOL / medical affairs analytics or scientific engagement measurement
