Sales & Service Engineer (CT scan & MRI Centre)


Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and support sales of biomedical and diagnostic equipment for CT Scan and MRI Centres

• Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals for product demonstrations and client support

• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at client locations

• Provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance support, and coordination for servicing of equipment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders

• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns

• Support calibration, safety checks, and preventive maintenance activities of biomedical devices

• Maintain records of equipment installations, service reports, client interactions, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for spare parts, servicing, and technical support

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads in hospitals and diagnostic centres

• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards and operational protocols

• Provide basic training and guidance to end users on equipment handling and usage


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)/Pharma or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in biomedical equipment sales, service, or healthcare industry

• Basic understanding of medical and diagnostic equipment used in CT scan and MRI Centres

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and internship experience may also apply


Skills Required:

• Good communication and client coordination skills

• Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability

• Sales aptitude and customer handling skills

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple client interactions and service requests

• Team player with problem-solving approach
