As we expand across Maharashtra through the Tiger Roadveer Rakshak Mission, we are looking for a highly disciplined, analytical and execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder and help build the operational backbone of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

'05; Manage Founder’s Office operations and priorities

'05; Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports

'05; Maintain dashboards, trackers and performance reports

'05; Track district, taluka and Rakshak activities

'05; Monitor onboarding of drivers, vendors and community partners

'05; Ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items

'05; Prepare meeting notes, review reports and decision briefs

'05; Support leadership through structured reporting and analysis

Required Skills

'14; Advanced Microsoft Excel

'14; Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

'14; MIS & Reporting

'14; Data Analysis & Dashboard Preparation

'14; Excellent Follow-up Skills

'14; Strong Organisational Ability

'14; Logical Thinking & Problem Solving

'14; Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity and reporting

'14; Marathi, Hindi and English communication skills
