You must have proven experience\nbuilding data practices from the ground up with a strong healthcare technology background.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Practice Building\nBuild and scale data practice including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growth\nMeet annual revenue contribution targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansion\nEstablish data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environments\nCreate standardized methodologies and tools that differentiate our services\nDrive business development and manage P&L for practice\nData Strategy & Analytics\nDefine data strategy aligned with healthcare client business goals\nLead implementation of analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms\nDevelop predictive analytics and AI solutions for healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency\nEnsure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)\nTeam Leadership\nBuild and mentor teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts\nCollaborate with client executives and cross-functional stakeholders\nFoster innovation and technical excellence across all data initiatives\nManage technical infrastructure and reduce technical debt\nRequired Qualifications\nPractice Building Experience\n10+ years in data leadership roles with proven track record building data practices\nHealthcare payer and provider technology services background required\nExperience growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clients\nTrack record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue contribution targets\nP&L responsibility and business development experience\nTechnical Skills\nExpertise in database design, data modeling, and warehousing\nStrong SQL, Python/R programming skills\nProficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nExperience with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, X12, ICD)\nKnowledge of big data technologies and ML/AI frameworks\nHealthcare Domain Knowledge\nDeep understanding of payer and provider operations and workflows\nExperience with healthcare analytics use cases (risk adjustment, quality reporting, population health)\nKnowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements\nUnderstanding of value-based care models and interoperability challenges\nLeadership & Business Skills\nProven team leadership and mentoring abilities\nStrong communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives\nStrategic thinking with ability to align data initiatives to business outcomes\nExperience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
