Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with strong expertise in HR Operations, Payroll Management, and Statutory Compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, payroll administration, statutory compliances, HR documentation, and HRMS systems.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal finance teams.
  • Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and salary reconciliations.
  • Generate payroll reports and MIS for management.

Statutory Compliance

  • Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and auditors during inspections and audits.
  • Maintain compliance records and statutory registers.

HR Documentation & Audits

  • Maintain audit-ready employee records and compliance documents.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employee lifecycle activities.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards as required.

HRMS & Reporting

  • Manage HRMS, attendance systems, and employee databases.
  • Generate periodic HR reports and compliance reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
  • Experience in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Law Compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports).
  • Experience in HR documentation and record management.

Behavioral Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and employee handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
  • Certification in Payroll or Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
