Regional Sales Head - Home Loans (NBFC)

Location: Vashi - Navi Mumbai

 

Role Objective

To lead and drive sales of home loan, LAP / Realestate mortgage products across the Navi Mumbai region, ensuring achievement of business targets, market expansion, and profitability while maintaining compliance with NBFC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for home loan, LAP products.
    • Drive business growth through branch teams, DST, connectors.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and executives.
    • Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure high productivity.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new Client, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement:
    • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
    • Monitor portfolio quality and maintain healthy credit discipline.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
    • Provide insights to senior management for product and policy improvements.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to NBFC guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
    • Maintain portfolio health by monitoring delinquency and implementing corrective measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in sales leadership roles within NBFCs with strong exposure to home loan products.
