About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Work on analytics related to new business, product penetration, renewals, persistency, initiative performance, etc.
- Work on Ad-hoc data/Reports as maybe required for project delivery
- Work on critical report automation, with the help of IT
- Track performance and publish regular reports of existing models deployed, initiatives rolled out
- Assist in data backed problem identification and solutioning through hypothesis formulation and testing
- Inference and insights through data analysis
- CEO’s/ CXO’s office, BIU, Ops, IT, Sales, Finance, Sales Support and other departments
- External Vendors, Call Centers
- Data accuracy
- Timely completion of deliverables
- Stakeholder management
- IT automation TAT management
- MoClienting and timely review of such models
- Excel proficiency
- Qualification Requirement Graduate / MBA
- Relevant Work-experience 5 years of experience in data management, analytics (Insurance / Financial sector preferred)
- Language Proficiency English, Hindi
- Any additional requirement Life Insurance industry experience preferred
