About The Job:

• Role focused on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process management.
• Involves configuration, support, and optimization of SAP MM (P2P) modules.
• Requires collaboration with finance teams and participation in transformation initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payments.
• Configure and support SAP MM P2P modules including Vendor Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification (MIRO).
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable (FI) team to ensure seamless MM-FI integration.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing including UAT, and deployment activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams including ABAP developers.
• Support S4HANA Procure-to-Pay transformation initiatives where applicable.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Hands-on expertise in configuration of SAP MM modules.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP MM and FI modules.
• Experience working in transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
