Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Candidate sourcing
- Resume screening
- Interviews and assessments
- Reference checks
- Credential verification
- Offer negotiation
- Onboarding support
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, referrals, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain knowledge of provincial licensing and registration requirements across Canada.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, networking events, and marketing initiatives to attract healthcare talent.
