Job Offer Company: DECATHLON Event manager Job description : You manage and motivate commercial event team. You realise the promotion of chosen products by testing them in front of the customer. You are perfectly aware of your products and you share the values of Decathlon with your team. You are able to manage your team for them to adapt their speech and behaviour in front of different customers. You organise daily briefing with your team and work on Saturdays. Profil requirement : - Passionate of sports, dynamic and enthusiast - Sens of commercial relationship, team management, leadership skills Event management , Positive Attitude, excellent communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills, should be confident, ability to take decisions, proactive. Qualifications : Master in business school, or MBA Commercial experience is a plus Internship or experience in sport area expected at least 2 years Full time job 2000/month Accomodation provided by the company. To start as soon as possible from the 1st of July 2013-05-28 WorkShift: From 9 am to 5 pm every day except Sunday With extra salary for particular promotional events.
