Revenue Operation Group Salesforce Architect
The Salesforce Architect is responsible for the overall technical health, governance, and strategic evolution of the Salesforce platform across Marcura Group. This role ensures that Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. The Salesforce Architect will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external system integrators and application outsourcing partners to design, guide, and oversee delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (required)
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II (preferred)
Additional cloud certifications (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) advantageous
7+ years of Salesforce platform experience including end-to-end solution design and architecture
Proven track record leading Salesforce consolidation, migration, or multi-org strategy engagements
Experience in complex integration environments with middleware, data platforms, and ERP systems
Hands-on experience with CPQ solutions
Proven success collaborating with or managing SI / AO partners
Experience in Release Management, DevOps, and Agile delivery frameworks
Technical Expertise
Deep mastery of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and platform capabilities
Expert understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, MuleSoft)
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and declarative development
Knowledge of data lifecycle management, governance, and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with modern DevOps tooling: Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks

Strategic thinker able to translate business needs into scalable architecture
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication for both technical and senior business audiences
Ability to coach and guide internal developers and admins
Problem Solving
Analytical, proactive approach to identifying risks, performance gaps, and optimisation opportunities
Skilled in architecture trade-off analysis and decision-making under constraints
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
