Executive - Coding Auditor
Surgery Coder (CPC-certified) and Certified USRN (Active NCLEX) with 3+ years of post-certification experience in outpatient multi-specialty coding, including injection and infusion, IVR, and radiation oncology. Brings added expertise in APC facility coding along with strong communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Nursing.
- NCLEX certification - Active (USRN)
- Able to apply analytical and critical thinking to record reviews.
- Required comprehensive clinical knowledge and strong clinical experience.
- All certifications/License should be active.
- Life science/Paramedical Degree
- CPC/CPMA
- Computer skill sets
Experience:
USRN + CPC+ 3 years' experience in multi-specialty surgery coding including IVR, General surgery, Infusion and Injection and Radiation oncology
Auditing and denial management experience (Optional)
Communication Skill:
Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
Working Hours:
40 hours per week as Full-time employee
Shift time: 8:00 PM IST - 5:00 PM IST(It might be changed based on project requirements)
Weekends Off

High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband

- Update all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable on a daily basis.
- Check with Manager /TL in case of clarifications
- All emails from Manager should be answered promptly without fail
- Problem solving skill sets
- Ensure compliance of entire team for HIPAA, OIG
