- 3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience.
- Expertise in P2P, Expenses, R2R, Accounting,Banking, O2C, C2C, Knowledge on Settlement and other complex Finance solutions.
- Must have worked on End-to-end implementationworkday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process.
- Active Workday certification is mandatory.
- Collaborate with the ClientProject team, HR,and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes,and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
- Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen,and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate thefunctionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainmentof the clients expected business result.
- Optimize and maintain the Workday system,ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatorystandards.
- Conduct health checks for clients that arealready live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workdayoptimization.
- Stay updated on Workday releases andenhancements to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toWorkday configurations and functionality.
- Ability to absorb new technologies and featuresquickly.
