Automation

· Able to lead and deliver a COE stream with team of developers .

· Build and deliver multiple solutions .

· Lead and support niche complex solutions for client.

· Atleast 2 certifications on automation technology , should have exposure to agile development.

· Publish thought leadership articles, solutions in Yammer, Be.Cognizant,.

· Should lead and mentor the team , lead client engagements, advanced level expertise in CAC & COE specific technology proficient and certified in atleast 2 of the technology ( cloud, containers, rpa, vendor specific /cots products )

· Establish as SME in the specific area of expertise by providing guidance, thought leadership, build solutions, certified and guide mentors

· Ability to handle escalation and client communication

· Able to mentor and lead the team

· Technology skills - Python, Powershell, Java, .NET and CAC - Mandatory technology. COE specific technology ( AI - tensorflow, pytorch ,mlflow, numpy, cloud - aws/azure, container- docker/kubernetes, Custom Apps & Enterprise Apps ( cots and custom solutions for automation )
