SAP SD
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD Implementation & Configuration: Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution. Customize the system according to business requirements.
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales and distribution business processes and translate them into SAP SD configurations. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business users to gather, document, and refine requirements. Provide functional expertise in solution design, data migration, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, WM, FICO).
Testing & Debugging: Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including preparation of test cases, execution of tests, and debugging of issues. Ensure that the system meets business expectations and operational needs.
Integration with Other SAP Modules: Ensure smooth integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP FICO, SAP CRM). Troubleshoot and resolve any cross-module integration issues.
Training & Support: Provide end-user training, ensuring users understand the SAP SD processes. Offer post-implementation support and resolve issues as they arise.
System Optimization: Perform system optimization and enhancements post-go-live, ensuring that the SAP SD system operates efficiently. Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues.
