Job Description:
| Ø Hands on development experience or in-depth knowledge on any of the following technologies: Java, .net, EAS, Pega, Cloud, Digital technologies |
| Ø Experience in assessing application development / maintenance/ infrastructure projects. |
| Ø Good exposure to lifecycle methodologies / Agile and engineering tools |
| Ø Agile execution experience / exposure to models such as Scrum, Kanban, SaFe etc, knowledge of DevOps |
| Ø Expertise in assessing Product and Service Quality (PSQ) and confidence to recommend best practices to improved PSQ |
| Ø Knowledge of international quality models and standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL, etc… |
| Ø Proficiency in auditing skills |
| Ø Ability to understand the business / customer expectations and pain areas and align audits or assessments to Client risks up front |
| Ø Project Management experience (estimation, scheduling, risk management, resourcing, etc.) |
| Ø Knowledge on Industry trends and business context. |
| Ø Ability to understand, interpret, correlate metrics and drive decisions |
| Ø Ability to interpret contractual commitments and verify fulfillment |
| Ø Ability to carry out structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and initiate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) |
| Ø Adopting a consulting /collaborative mindset |
| Ø Collaborative working with multiple teams /stakeholders |
| Ø Good verbal and written communication skills and an ability to articulate with conviction |
| Ø The gravitas to convince stakeholders (both internal and customer) based on assessment findings |
| Ø Good presentation and reporting skills |
| Ø Analytical skills and certifications related to Agile, DevSecOps, Cloud and Digital Bets |
