Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop:
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Configure and Maintain:
Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances, including ITSM modules, CMDB, and other areas.
Scripting and Automation:
Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Script Includes, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts) to automate processes and enhance user experience.
Integration:
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub).
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of code, workflows, and configurations.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Business Analysts, Architects) to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
