- Experience to write test scripts for the integrations.
- Client interaction and project delivery handling while maintaining a high degree of customer relationship and satisfaction.
- 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience working on third party integrations preference with ADO.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.
- Experience in configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups etc
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
