Install, configure, and upgrade IBM MQ on Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms.
Create and manage MQ objects such as queues, topics, channels, and listeners.
Monitor MQ queues, logs, and system performance; take corrective actions to address issues.
Set up high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations.
Implement and manage security (SSL, authentication, authorization) in MQ environments.
Integrate MQ with other middleware solutions like IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / App Connect, Kafka, and others.
Provide 24/7 support for production environments on a rotational basis.
Work with application development and support teams to optimize messaging solutions.
