Servicenow Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
Customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge.
Lead enhancement projects and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and platform governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Client, QA, and Support) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure platform compliance with security, performance, and governance standards.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.
