  • End to end ownership of the products you work on including but not limited to design, development, testing and delivery.
  • Conforming to industry standards for application development and managing teams.
  • Continuously Client, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Experience with open source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts.
  • Extensive experience in Java/JEE, JSF, Servlets, JSP and JDBC.
