Responsibilities
- Administer cloud infrastructure and Citrix VDI
- Manage and support Azure cloud operation
- Deploy Azure VM's manage resource group
- Manage Citrix VDI resources
- Install and configure Cloud & On-Premise servers
- Perform configuration management and monitoring of all equipment
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex problems
- Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations
- Perform product evaluation and propose recommendations
- Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
- Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products
- Proven experience in managing Azure implementation ; deploy and manage virtual machines; configure and manage virtual networks; and manage identities.
- Proficiency in migration of on-prem workloads to the cloud, with high resilient architecture
- understanding of storage and networking concepts: VNets and VPN environments, Traffic Manager, Load Balanced, Application Gateway
- Knowledge about Backup and Disaster Recovery policies and best practices.
- Experience on deployment and management of Windows servers, Active Directory, Group policies, patching (WSUS/SCCM)
- Experience on Ctrix VDI environment management and troubleshooting
- Experience in managing OS images
