  • Technical leadership of large scale mainframe infrastructure projects.
  • Tech stack and soft skills same as developer except for years of experience should be 8-10 yrs+
  • Should have experience of leading a small-medium team independently in a Dev/Rehosting project
  • Should be able to independently perform code reviews, provide technical mentoring
  • Should have exposure to prepare technical designs, Unit and regression testing
