Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance processes and prevent any potential bugs.
Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
Supporting the Project Manager concerning the openness of ongoing activities. Supporting operational practices and enforcing transition criteria as part of a formal change management mechanism.
