• Candidate must have a proven track record in successfully implementing Infrastructure & Application Monitoring tools
• Candidate should be able to provide integrated solutions of these tools with third party tools as well
• Candidate should have strong working knowledge & exposure to industry standard monitoring tools would certainly be an added advantage
• Candidate shall work as Technical Consultant coordinating different tracks of implementation, giving directions to team members, and building solutions related to Infrastructure & Application Monitoring, configure event management solutions, or directly integrate with service management solutions like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
• Candidate should have expertise in identifying functional, technical, and business requirements and provide solutions.
• In addition, candidate is expected to support monitoring practice development initiatives, customer presentations / demonstrations
Responsibilities:
• Design core Systems performance and troubleshooting logs
• Design / Implementation / Support of Infrastructure & Application Monitoring suite of tools for medium to complex environments
• Perform complex / technical solution design and implementations
• Maintain documentation of configured metrics and configurations
• Interact with Infra / Network / Application stakeholders in determining appropriate monitoring needs Work with appropriate product supplier (AppDynamics) for enhancements and for issues which are not resolved in-house
• Health Rule management and rollout
• Complete user request tickets on AppDynamics Administration, Customization, Maintenance & Extract Reports
Work Experience:3 - 7 years of experience
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering
Additional Responsibilities:
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge
• Client Interfacing skills
• Project and Team management
