Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Configuration & Customization:
Configure, customize, and maintain SAP MM module to align with business requirements and processes.
Implement best practices in SAP MM, ensuring a streamlined and efficient materials management process.
Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

SAP MM Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support for SAP MM-related issues, identifying root causes and resolving them promptly.
Address user queries, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the system is fully operational across all MM-related functionalities.

End-to-End Process Management:
Manage end-to-end material management processes, including procurement, inventory management, goods receipts, invoice verification, and material master data management.
Support the integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules (such as SAP SD, SAP WM, and SAP PP) to ensure smooth flow of processes.

Testing & Validation:
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing of the SAP MM module to ensure that the configured system meets business needs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified during testing.

Documentation & Training:
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
Provide training to end-users on the functionality of SAP MM modules to ensure effective utilization of the system.

Project Involvement:
Participate in SAP MM implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring that all project milestones are met.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables related to SAP MM.

Continuous Improvement:
Monitor system performance and propose improvements to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP MM features and industry trends, and continuously look for opportunities to optimize business processes.
