Install and configure plugins (including custom ) and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations.
Good knowledge of any Scripting language (groovy, java script, java, python)
Ability to create non custom fields and invoke them in simple & complex Forms, Jira cloud understanding & Jira Automation
Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation of provisioning, build & deploy servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows.
Develop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA.
Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluenceand integrations with other tools or plugins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.)
Working knowledge on Scrum /Agile methodologies
Demonstrate ability to learn new technologies and collaborate well with the team.
Prior experience with Jira Cloud Migrations is an added benefit.
