To coordinate between External and Internal Auditors and IT support teams and communicate the audit requirements
to CAS IT teams for SOX audit. A SOX compliance audit is a mandated yearly assessment to validate company's financial statement.
Apart from SOX the associate will also coordinate India Statutory audit and other management controls like Minimum Baseline standards review.
He/She is expected to work with IT team to share population and evidences for selected samples to auditors and work with management to provide Management Action Plan (MAP) for any audit findings
