Skills Common to both positions:
The candidates should have at least one project in the above tools implementation, customization.
Must have proficiency in one scripting (Shell, Perl, Python)
Should be able to support the Tools activities with little guidance.
Should have idea/knowledge on end to end Event management (Server, Network and Application)
Should have good knowledge on Integration of the tools with 3rd party applications/ticketing tools
Must have ITIL Basics knowledge
Flexible to work in Implementation engineers and in UK/US Shifts |
