Adobe Target Implementation Specialist^^

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Adobe Target Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of personalization and A/B testing strategies across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Target (including both Visual Experience Composer and Form-Based Composer), experience with Experience Cloud integrations, and a solid grasp of front-end technologies. You'll collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to deliver data-driven, personalized digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage A/B, multivariate, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target. - Configure activities using VEC, FEC, and custom code approaches as needed. - Define and build audience segments for personalized experiences using Target and Adobe Experience Cloud. - Partner with analytics teams to define test success criteria and integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T). - Troubleshoot activity performance, page rendering issues, and ensure reliable test deployment across environments. - Collaborate with developers to implement custom code offers, mboxes, and profile scripts. - Maintain clear documentation of test setups, audience rules, and performance summaries. - Stay updated on Adobe Target product updates and best practices in experimentation and personalization.

Required Skills: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target. - Strong understanding of A/B testing, MVT, personalization, and related optimization methodologies. - Experience with VEC, FEC, mboxes, profile scripts, and Target libraries (at.js). - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and A4T (Analytics for Target) integration. - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for creating and modifying test variations. - Proficiency with debugging tools (Adobe Debugger, Charles Proxy, browser console). - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
