We are hiring for the role of Desktop Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and enterprise applications.

  • Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise systems.

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks including software updates, patches, antivirus monitoring, and backups.

  • Set up and maintain video conferencing systems and meeting room technologies (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

  • Coordinate with other IT teams for escalation, network issues, and hardware replacements.

  • Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base for continuous improvement.

  • Support IT onboarding/offboarding, including device provisioning and recovery.
