Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Visualization Specialist with hands-on experience in Tableau or Power BI and strong SQL skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, informative, and visually compelling dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.

• Analyze large datasets using SQL to extract meaningful insights and trends.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into visualizations.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance in all reports and dashboards.

• Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.

• Provide training or guidance to business users on dashboard usage and self-service BI.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business questions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

• Experience working with Tableau and/or Power BI.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning.

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and working with large datasets.

• Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to present data in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
