1) Minimum 3+ Years of experience in quality engineering & Hands of experience in IVR/Contact center technology.
2) Outbound calls flow testing in campaign management & Non-pay.
3) Experience in outbound testing and dialer UI.
4) Telecom domain experience preferred.
5) Understanding requirements, traceability test case creation and execution of Genesys IVR application.
6) Test speech IVR/ Touch tone IVR with call routing and CTI connected to agent desktop.
7) Validate IVR logs and Identify/Analyze issues from call log results.
8) Understanding of configuration changes/updates for business flows.
