- Creating smart, interactive and effective User interfaces for the project application
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
- Works closely with user experience team in design of screens
- Business Sense and User Research
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, creating wireframes
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Actively participate in UX strategy development along with team members, creating efficient product design roadmaps & other UX processes that can then be treated as a working reflection of the best practices.
- Participating in business meetings, design reviews, architecture discussions to provide design direction to the design team
- Experiment with new & relevant trends and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you are able to create

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Strong understanding of Research methodologies, User Interviewing technique
- Strong knowledge of Interaction design principles including digital and conventional prototyping
- Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Experience in using design and wireframe tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Mural, Miro etc.

- Visual Design Expertise, knowledge of Visual Design Principles
- A gist of Structural Design
- Experience in Agile / Scrum approach.
