. Able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. Troubleshoot issues and outages . Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. . User administration (setup and maintaining account) Set up accounts and workstations and set up security policies for users, including password and identity management. . Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. . Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. .
