Support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 modules based on business needs and best practices.
Gather and analyze business requirements, propose and implement functional/technical solutions.
Configure Oracle applications as per functional specifications.
Develop reports, customizations, interfaces, and extensions using tools like PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder, and OAF (for technical roles).
Work on data conversion, integration, and interface development with third-party systems.
Assist in UAT, system testing, documentation, and end-user training.
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS modules and manage tickets and service requests.
Participate in Oracle patching, upgrades, and performance tuning activities.
