SAP BASIS
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day SAP BASIS administration tasks including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Manage SAP installations, system copies, upgrades, and patches (Kernel, Support Packs, Add-ons).
Handle user administration, authorizations, transport management, and client strategy.
Support integration with third-party systems and ensure secure communication protocols.
Schedule and manage background jobs, print queues, and spool requests.
Perform system refreshes and support system migrations (OS/DB).
Monitor system logs, identify issues, and ensure high availability and performance of SAP environments.
Support and troubleshoot HANA/Oracle/SQL DB-related issues (depending on backend DB used).
Collaborate with SAP functional and development teams for smooth deployment and ongoing operations.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or hybrid cloud hosting of SAP (optional based on role)
