- Tableau certified preferred
Education and Experience:
- Education: B.Tech Computers/MCA
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in development projects with BI/ DWH background.
- Strong skills in all components of Tableau reporting and Dashboarding tool
- Connecting data from various data sources
- Connecting Tableau to various Rest APIs
- Strong skills on SQL queries
- Clear understanding of concepts and principles in Visualization and Dash-boarding
- Good knowledge of use of TABCMD
- Good Knowledge of Python IDE shell & Python reporting skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of Cloud Reporting/ Amazon QuickSight
- Knowledge in performance tuning of report with high data volumes.
- Knowledge on generating Tableau extracts and Hyper
- Ability to understand the domain and communicate with client/business
- Self-motivated and believe in learning & sharing
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement automation
- Ability to problem solve and do root cause analysis
- Team Player
- Customer service orientation.
Knowledge:
- Basic overview of Absence Management industry, company operations, Absence terminology
- Tools, Concepts and Methodologies of BI/DWH.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Good understanding of various data models, both relational and dimensional and their associated principles.
- Knowledge of governance and metadata management of reporting and ETL tools
- Responsible for proof-of-concept of new approaches and ideas & technology evaluation.
- Good data analytical skills
- Exposure to Power BI and SSRS will be an added advantage
