Technical Skills required

2+ years minimum of experience with the ServiceNow platform

Extensive experience configuring the ServiceNow platform (Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, Access Controls ACLs, Roles, User Administration, Workflow, MID Servers, etc.)

Service Now integration experience with 3rd party applications using SOAP, REST webservices

Experience with Service Portal configuration along with development of the widgets as per the requirement.

Experience with XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks

Maintain and support existing configurations on the platform along with platform stability

Follow Service now best practices while implementing enhancements.

Manage support queue, resolve Incidents assigned to the group.

Manage the version upgrade of the Service now platform and work on the issues found during upgrade.
