Candidates should have good exposure to lifecycle methodologies such as Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban/ POD/ DevOps

Must have Jira implementation Knowledge

• Provide administrative support for Atlassian JIRA services and Confluence.

• To closely work and collaborate with varied stakeholders like Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers and Testers and enable the team with best practices on JIRA and Confluence.

• Prepare and Lead training sessions to the team for the better adoption of JIRA & Confluence and to avoid pitfalls and challenges.

• Serve as a SME on JIRA and provide hands-on support for the team.

• Develop JIRA workflows, customizations(screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes) and provide configuration (Board configuration and Setup) support to the team

• To configure OOB Dashboard, Custom Dashboard using JQLs and Key Agile Metrics in JIRA.

Good knowledge on Code quality tools such as Sonarqube, CAST AIP

• Analyze the reports and provide an action plan to improve the parameters of Source code analysis and track the progress

• Prepare and present the results and improvement of application health parameters to account heads and business owners

• Provide support to implement the best solution for their current delivery pain areas and advice the best configurations for future adoption

• Measure and present the ROI on the tool effectiveness to the business owners and IT owners

• Good knowledge on tools such as GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, Junit, NUnit & AzureDevOps etc
