• Plan, Design, Implement projects for Datacenter with Cisco & VMWare netowrking products
• Perform network maintenance tasks like software and hardware upgrades
• Install, manage and troubleshoot Datacenter Network Infra comprised of Nexus 2k , Nexus 5k , Nexus 7k , Nexus 9K, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX-T
• Should have a good understanding of the service components like Firewalls and Load-balancers in the Datacenter.
• The candidate should lead the projects and/or contribute actively to the team working on specific assignments/projects.
• Effectively communicating with vendors, suppliers and service providers
• Working on networking, storage, virtualization, and security
• Provide 24 X 7 on call support and quickly address and resolve tickets
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMWare is essential.
• Fair understanding of SAN is a plus.
• Should be a good team player and ability to multitask.
• Experience on Nexus products – Nexus 7K, Nexus 5K, FEX,
• Experience in the virtualization components – Nexus 1000v, VMWare/Hyper-V etc.
• Experience in designing and deploying VDC, VPC, Fabric path, FCoE and Multi-tenancy in the datacenter.
• Experience working with Cisco software and the basic understanding of the product software life-cycle.
• Knowledge and experience with EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP protocols
• Knowledge on VDI Infrastructure solutions to the likes of Citrix / VMware / Microsoft
• Knowledge on converged infrastructures
• CCNP Datacenter/ VMware VCP-NV is an added advantage
