Required Skills:
- Strong in .NET technologies with great interest in pursuing the 100% technical role.
- Excellent development skills in ASP.Net/MVC and SQL
- Developing complex object oriented web/windows applications on the Microsoft platform using .Net technologies
- Good knowledge of object oriented development, RDBMS concepts, data structures and algorithms
- Independent contributor with experience in developing high quality software within the timelines
- Good understanding of patterns like MVP, MVVM, MVC etc
- Preparing Technical Design documents and mapping the functional requirements to technical solutions.
- Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
- Preparing estimates, writing of technical documentation and troubleshooting of complex problems.
- Ability to work with multiple technologies and ability to quickly learn and use new technologies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Developing quality code and provides technical guidance to the team
- Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
- Works collaboratively and professionally with other associates in cross functional teams to achieve goals
