- 15 years of exp in IT development & Infrastructure projects
- More than 5 years exp in Agile & traditional PM methodologies
- Capture lessons learned, best practices of the project
- Create & maintain project artifacts & responsibilities such as Project plan, skill matrix, escalation matrix, MLDC, SCM activities, DM reviews, Project budget, Customer billing, Governance meetings, Governance reports, Status reports etc
- Experience in carrying internal & external quality & infosec audit
