HR Service Delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries related to policies, payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
Manage and resolve tickets or requests using case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors).
Execute transactions related to employee lifecycle events such as hiring, transfers, terminations, and personal data changes.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), data quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Prepare employment letters, HR reports, and audit documents as needed.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Provide support during audits, compliance checks, and employee engagement activities.
Keep up to date with HR policies, practices, and regulatory requirements.
