Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements.
Integration:
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and web services.
Workflow & Automation:
Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automating business processes and optimizing efficiency.
Testing & Debugging:
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain documentation for technical designs, processes, and procedures.
Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
Knowledge Sharing:
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
Code Review:
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Technical Guidance:
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Security:
Implement security policies using Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, groups, and authentication mechanisms.
